Refunds are made as follows:
In the event that the delivery service cannot be performed or the order cannot be completed due to the lack of the item, or if the characteristics of the item do not match the characteristics given on the site, the customer has the right to request a full refund.
In the event that the purchased product is found to be defective or if the characteristics of the item purchased by the user do not match the characteristics given on the site - the user shall notify the administration of Pharmservice.ge by e-mail. via mail info@pharmservice.ge. Notification must be made within 12 hours of delivery of the item and accompanied by visual information - photo and/or video where the defect/damage is clearly visible.
The company has one week to return the money. Refunds are made only by crediting the bank account. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
